The veil did lift or did it not

The Whole it is or is it Naught

Eternity one moment, one moment the other

Time, oh timeless, lost thou went whither

Behold oh this negligible all-sucking voracious Void

Frightful, furious, dreadful, of all mercy devoid

Expanses illimited in this fathomless Speck confined

Wailing, clamouring, protesting, swiftly convergent destined

Oceans unnumbered, black holes and stars and universes

To Whose majesty stoop helpless surrendered resigned

Ego oh lovely ego mine!

Companion loyal, of resolve adamantine

Leaving me wherefore are you now, fighting my earnest clasp

Fearless, while this strangeness I struggle to grasp

Have I a primeval existence even beyond thine?

This calm in my heart I hear

Ceaseless in the stillness of time

Lasting a lifetime in this moment eternal

Silence sonant, is this God's own chime!

Overwhelmed in Love I writhe; in Love, tranquilise

Absorpt in Love now, from Love again I arise

Love boundless, none but boundless I

Fear of whom, hate of what

In Love Sovereign all alike merge, all together harmonise
